In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. The introduction to the Book of John is the perfect statement about our mighty God and His Son.  He is the Word, the complete message to us from the Father. And He is God.  Not just with God, but fully God.  And fully human.  Amazing isn't it!
